Daily Method of Operation

Step 1: Setting Up a Gmail Account (if you don’t have one)

1. Go to https://www.google.com/gmail/about

2. Click on "Create Account" and choose "Personal Use".

3. Follow the prompts to complete the setup. Enter your details, choose a username, and set a password.

Step 2: Accessing Google Calendar

• Open Google Calendar:

1. Visit Google Calendar.

2. Log in using your Google account credentials.

Step 3: Adding the Shared DMO Calendar

1. CONTACT YOUR RECRUITER TO GET ACCESS TO THE GOOGLE CALENDAR

Step 4: Using the Shared Calendar

1. Once the DMO calendar is in your personal Google Calendar - you'll find it under "Other calendars" Menu List on the left side. 

2. If you need to adjust Settings:

• click the three dots next to the calendar's name for notifications and other settings.

• Select “Settings” to customize notifications, visibility, etc.

Additional Tips:

1. Google Calendar App: For mobile access, you can download the Google Calendar app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

2. Synchronization: Ensure the calendar is synchronized across all your devices where you use Google Calendar.
